Our Cream Line Milk

“At Perry’s Dairy Farm in Canton Center, cows graze rolling pastures, a red barn stands weathered with history, and inside you’ll find hand-written records, names chalked above each stall, and every cow with a story of her own. As the last Grade A dairy in Canton, our mission at The Cow’s Coop is to keep this land thriving, our cows cared for, and Connecticut’s farmland preserved. By choosing our milk, you’re part of that story.”

Cream-Line Milk

There’s something special about milk that hasn’t been over-processed. Our cream-line milk is low-temperature pasteurized and non-homogenized, just the way milk was meant to be. That means it’s gently heated to preserve flavor, nutrients, and texture — never scorched or stripped. Because it’s non-homogenized, the natural cream rises to the top, forming a beautiful golden “cream line.” Give the bottle a shake before pouring, or scoop a little off the top for your coffee — either way, you’ll taste the difference.
