Return Policy

Refunds will be granted under the conditions that

  

1) Items were damaged during transit. We must be contacted within 48 hours of delivery.  Photographic evidence MUST be submitted and it is subject to denial if judged to be used. Customer pays shipping costs, and the original shipping costs will NOT be refunded. 

 

2) If you are not satisfied with the product and it is in its original condition (unused, double shrink wrapped, labeled, and undamaged), contact us by email at TheCowsCoop@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery. Photographic evidence MUST be submitted and it is subject to denial if judged to be used. Customer pays shipping costs, and the original shipping costs will NOT be refunded.
